Texas Roadhouse announces moving date for original southern Indiana restaurant
LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB+WAVE) — Texas Roadhouse announced a moving date for the Clarksville location where the restaurant chain got its start.
The new location on Legendary Way, next to Bubbas 33, will replace the original location at Green Tree Mall that opened in 1993 as the first Texas Roadhouse.
That restaurant will close at the end of business Nov. 1, and the new location will open Nov. 5.
The new location will seat 54 more guests and add 35 jobs. According to our partners at Louisville Business First, it will also feature 300 parking spaces, an expanded kitchen and improved takeout service. Nearly 150 employees from the original location are expected to transfer to the new restaurant.
The new location is currently hiring. To learn more about employment opportunities, click here.
