Two charged in death of 19-month-old

WARREN COUNTY, KY (WAVE) - Two people are charged with last year's death of a 19-month-old.
Both Robert Dishman Junior and Tiffany Sampson turned themselves into the Warren County Sheriff's Department earlier this week.
Dishman is charged with manslaughter and criminal abuse. Sampson is also charged with criminal abuse
