Family charged with committing crime together

LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - A Louisville woman, her husband and her stepdaughter allegedly stole property worth nearly $2,000 from her employer early Saturday morning.

Police say a neighboring office's security camera caught Tiffany Tucker, David Tucker and Jennifer Tucker stealing property valued at $1,719 from Thauberger Wellness Chiropractic on Preston Highway.

Tiffany Tucker, 35, the employee at Thauberger, allegedly opened the office for her husband, David Tucker, 51, and her stepdaughter, Jennifer Tucker, 28, to steal the property. Jennifer then allegedly took a computer system from the office to Choice Pawn on Preston Highway and sold it.

According to the police report, all three denied involvement in taking any of the other property from the office.

Each has been charged with theft by unlawful taking over $500.
