Adult killed in daycare center van crash identified

LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) - The adult killed on Tuesday when a daycare center van crashed into a tree has been identified as Tiffany Belk, 31.
Jefferson County Deputy Coroner Rita Taylor said Belk died of multiple blunt force trauma. Belk was pronounced dead at University Hospital at 5:47 p.m. Tuesday
Belk was among two adults and 14 children aboard a van belonging to Heavenly Angels Childcare Center on Dixie Avenue that crashed into a tree on Algonquin Parkway near Wingfield Avenue.
The van driver was in critical condition Wednesday at University Hospital. Ten children remained at Kosair Children's Hospital with various injuries. Three of them remained in critical condition Wednesday morning.
