Child injured in daycare bus crash released

LOUISVILLE, KY (WAVE) – The last child who remained in the hospital after a deadly daycare van crash was released Wednesday.
On June 12, a Heavenly Angels Child Care van crashed into a tree on Algonquin Parkway near Wingfield Avenue.
An adult van monitor, Tiffany Belk, was killed in the wreck.
14 children were rushed to the hospital and the driver was seriously injured.
Since the crash, Heavenly Angels Owner Levonia Lewars voluntarily closed all three of the daycare locations.
