Daycare workers guilty of duct taping toddler

COVINGTON, KY (WAVE) – Two former Covington daycare workers accused of duct taping a toddler to a floor mat so the boy would sleep have pleaded guilty in the case.
Alicia Lyons, 20, and Justina Rogers, 19, pleaded guilty to criminal abuse charges for duct taping the 18-month-old boy.
Sentencing for Lyons and Rogers is set for September 25.
