Nonstop flights from Louisville to New Orleans return this October

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB+WAVE) — Travelers will soon be able to fly nonstop from Louisville to New Orleans again.

Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport announced on Facebook over the weekend that Breeze Airways will bring back nonstop flights to New Orleans beginning Oct. 2.

The flight will take about two hours, compared to a roughly 10-hour drive from Louisville.
